LillyPad and Smarty are a very special bonded pair searching for a calm, quiet, and patient home where they can continue their journey together. Both dogs came from a puppy farm background and have worked incredibly hard to build their confidence while in our care. They have made wonderful progress and are now ready to find a loving forever family who will give them the time, understanding, and security they need to truly flourish.

LillyPad is the more outgoing of the two and often shows a desire to interact with people, but her nerves can still get the better of her initially. With gentle encouragement and a patient approach, her sweet personality starts to emerge. Smarty is a little more fearful and tends to take longer to trust, preferring to observe from a safe distance before deciding to join in. Both dogs need adopters who understand that confidence grows at their own pace and that small victories are worth celebrating.

One of the most beautiful things about LillyPad and Smarty is the comfort they find in each other. They rely on their bond for reassurance and gain a great deal of confidence from having their best friend by their side. Together they are far braver than they would be apart, making it essential that they are adopted as a pair. LillyPad and Smarty are looking for a home where someone is around most of the time and can provide plenty of companionship, routine, and support. They would be best suited to a home without children or cats, but could potentially live with another small, easy-going dog who will respect their space.
