Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming number of animals currently under our care we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept any more animal surrenders currently.
As a responsible and compassionate organisation, we strive to provide the best possible care for all the animals entrusted to us however the recent surge and abandon surrendered animals has pushed our facility to its maximum capacity. Despite our continuous efforts to find loving homes for these animals the demand has surpassed our available resources.
This temporary suspension of animal surrenders is necessary to ensure the welfare and well-being of the animals already in our care by re directing our focus towards their needs, we can provide them with the attention care and medical assistance they require. Rest assured that our dedicated staff and volunteers are working tirelessly to improve the situation and find suitable solutions for every animal.
We understand that there a variety of reasons as to why you may feel that surrendering your pet is the only option but through our Animal Advice Line, we may be able to assist you on ways to help your pet stay with you.
