Bonnie is a bright, powerful girl looking for a dedicated home with someone who understands large breed dogs and is committed to helping her continue to thrive. She forms strong bonds with her people and will flourish with a confident, experienced handler who can provide clear guidance, consistency, and structure. Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family and would suit a moderately active home that can provide daily walks, enrichment, and opportunities to learn.

Bonnie is seeking a home where she can be the only pet, with no cats or other dogs. Due to her dog reactivity, she needs an environment with minimal exposure to unfamiliar dogs, including avoiding dog parks and busy dog-walking areas. Bonnie does not enjoy repeatedly greeting strange dogs and will be happiest with owners who can advocate for her needs and manage her environment appropriately.

Her ideal adopter will be committed to ongoing positive, reward-based training to help build her confidence and strengthen her connection with her handler. Bonnie would benefit from continued work on handler engagement, impulse control, basic obedience foundations, settling routines in the home, crate training, and long-leash walking skills. She is a capable and intelligent dog who responds best when training is structured, consistent, and enjoyable.
