Extra charges from $10 will apply for flea rinses, Malaseb (skin issues) rinses, matted fur, and behavioural issues.
Drop offs – Arrival after 15 minutes will incur a $20.00 late fee
Pick ups – Over an hour late after the Groomer has contacted you will incur a late fee of $30.00
