Poor little Gumdrop – she has been through so much in her short life!

First arriving in our care in a litter of kittens found with their stray mama, Gumdrop had her first experience living the cosy life indoors with her loving foster carer.

Once she was big and strong enough to come back to the shelter for her vet-work, Gumdrop found what she thought was her forever home – but sadly, only a few days after adoption, she fell ill with a very yucky tummy and came back into our care. Our staff have spent the last two weeks nursing her back to health, but because of tummy bug being contagious, she has had to spend this time isolated which made her very sad. 馃檨

Now that she is finally feeling a lot better and her condition is managed, she is DESPERATE to get back out of the shelter and into a loving home again.

She has to eat a special food called Hills i/d to keep her tummy feeling fine, but other than this she is a normal healthy kitten with so much love to give! She would love the company of another kitty, (and is no longer contagious to other cats) so if her future forever home had an existing kitty friend for her to play with, she would be thrilled!

She could live with kids, and would love a home with a family who had lots of time to spend with her.
