Hugo And Ollie – Happiness Comes In Pairs!

Meet Hugo and Ollie, an adorable father-and-son duo whose bond is as sweet as their personalities. These two came to us from the Country Pound after being surrendered when their elderly owner sadly passed away. Despite this big change, they remain easygoing, happy little dogs — confident, friendly, and wonderfully adaptable. They adore people of all ages and are amazing with other dogs, making them a fantastic fit for the right home. Their gentle nature and cheerful outlook make them a joy to be around.

Hugo, the devoted dad, brings a calm, steady presence, while Ollie, his loving son, follows his lead with the same warm and social temperament. Ollie is currently palliative, so a very special home is needed — one that can offer love, comfort, and kindness while cherishing every moment with him. Their bond is truly beautiful, and they thrive simply by being close to their humans and each other.

These boys are currently in foster care with a Border Collie and a Jack Russell, where they have shown just how incredible they are with other dogs. Ideally, we would love a home that already has another friendly dog, so that when Ollie eventually passes, Hugo will still have a canine companion by his side. Their social, relaxed personalities make them easy to welcome into a home environment.

Out on walks, Hugo and Ollie are a delight — walking nicely on lead, staying connected to their handler, and enjoying gentle adventures together. They are affectionate, cooperative, and full of quiet charm.
