Looking for a foster home (or foster with view to adopt)

Gracie has been through quiet a lot in her life. She came to us with pubic fractures as a result of an accident and has since has a surgery to repair the fracture and stabilise the joint. Her post-surgery rehabilitation will consist of her having to be confined to a crate, with short walks inside daily and physio 3 times a day.

She is looking for a foster family that is happy to help her through this healing period. She would need someone home more often than not, to keep her company and give her a good level of enrichment, while ensuring she doesn’t over-do it.
Gracie is such a beautiful lady, but she is very shy in the shelter and would be much better suited in a the comfort of a loving home. She can hiss when nervous, so taking things slow with her is a must. She does enjoys pats, and having someone that will give her plenty of calming strokes and pats through her physio sessions will help keep her calm.

Gracie would prefer her foster home to have no young children or other pets in the house. She needs a quiet and relaxing environment in which to recover.

Foster period could be anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Potential view to adopt would be wonderful but not essential.
