Blythe

Unfortunately, through absolutely no fault of his own, Blythe has been adopted and returned TWICE to the shelter in the space of 2 weeks. We are looking for a loyal and committed home for him, so please only apply if you are very serious about adopting him.

Blythe is a stunning young man who hasn’t had the best start, so he is searching for a fresh beginning and a second chance.

He is incredibly cute (as you can plainly see!) but he doesn’t want to be picked up and treated like a teddy bear – he needs a soft approach, and can be a little head shy. He is still learning that people are kind and that the world isn’t so scary after all!

It doesn’t seem as though he has been walked on a leash before, so he will need some gentle encouragement with tasty treats before he is happy going on walkies!

He gets along well with dogs, and would benefit from having a friendly little fur-sibling in his forever home. He could be rehomed with his bestie Tammy, who came from the same background as him (they are related, but not siblings!)

He came to us very matted – we don’t believe he has ever been groomed before and he was quite fearful at the groomer – so he is sporting a funky haircut currently! His future family will need to help him realise that being groomed isn’t so scary, and will help keep his coat silky smooth and knot-free with regular brushing.

He would like a home with dog savvy and gentle kids or adults only.
