From fear to forever – be her safe place!

Given the right home Bindi has the opportunity to blossom into a loving and playful dog. This beautiful girl is highly reserved and shut down, needing a quiet, calm and patient home that can understand her need for space. Being afraid of all noises and movements, a home with experienced dog owners and a space to call her own is necessary. However given the time and space to trust her new family she is bound to warm up to you and will be slowly searching for love and reassurance. Your patience will be rewarded as Bindi will be thrilled to see you walk in the door, showing you her happy hops. Once comfortable, she is always happy for a walk or playtime, especially if you have a tennis ball at the ready (a prized possession). She loves the water and a hose so be sure to bring it out in the warmer weather as that is where you will see her personality truly shine. 

(This lovely girl is toilet trained but does tend to have accidents in the morning so be sure to let her out first thing).

The most important thing for Bindi is a family (adult only) who is willing to wait for her to take the first step, giving her the true opportunity to show her personality without pressure or rush. With this in mind you will begin to see the potential that Bindi has to be a loving companion , noticing as she slowly follows behind you as you potter during your daily tasks. Bindi would need another confident dog who can help to bring her out of her shell and show her that love isn’t scary ❤️
